About speaker:
Alicia has served as the Regional Aquaculture Coordinator for NOAA Fisheries in Alaska over the last four years. She has focused on building relationships, thinking strategically about advancing aquaculture in a sustainable manner, and improving regulatory efficiency through the development of the Alaska Aquaculture Permitting Portal. Alicia is currently leading the Aquaculture Opportunity Area identification process in Alaska state waters.
