Company:
Food for Climate League (FCL) is a trailblazing, women-led 501c3 nonprofit working to make climate-smart food choices the norm. FCL’s innovative approach employs narrative strategy and behavioral science to connect sustainable foods to people's diverse needs, values, and cultures. Over the past few years, FCL has been dedicated to increasing the demand and availability of sea vegetables and bivalves by partnering with organizations like Food+Planet and the Southeast Conference to conduct research on consumer adoption of these ingredients and the narratives that will drive demand. FCL has also partnered with culinary teams and leaders to advance the presence of these foods on menus and develop strategies to drive interest and adoption of aquatic foods by eaters and foodservice staff.
